Clunie Range Angus Bull Sale

The Guest Family have been breeding Angus Cattle for 66 years as of 2024 and were commercial breeders long before the stud. The Guest Family's program is simple, they run commercial and stud cattle together and they are joined to the same bulls or AI'd to the same sires. the entire heard are run at high stocking rates similar to the client base or sometimes higher. They have always expected their cattle to perform under strict conditions. They are not interested in having fat, shiny cows good enough for the 'front paddock'. The 'Clunie Range Type', deep-bodied, thick, well-muscled, easy-doing and highly fertile, really maximises hybrid vigour when crossed with a typical Bos Indicus female. Clunie Range cattle have been long admired for being made of 'tough stuff'. This is a result of generation of selection pressure placed on the cow herd, with many clients buying into the breeding program as much as the genetics on sale day.
